Project Overview – This project involved the full refurbishment and fit out of a city centre office space, complete with new energy efficient LED lighting throughout.
The works undertaken included –
• Construction of a new kitchen area
• Construction of new ‘breakout’ area booths
• Construction of new partition walls
• New flooring throughout
• Soundproofing of meeting room walls and ceilings
• New suspended ceilings and ceiling tiles
• Dry lining and plastering
• Painting and decorating throughout
• Replacement of old lighting with new energy efficient LED panel lighting
• Installation of intelligent app-controlled dimmable LED lighting in meeting rooms
• Electrical re-wiring works for additional power and lighting requirements
